Memory depends on capture.
Every summary, report or automated action inherits the accuracy of the recording it was built from. We start at the microphone, not the prompt.
Attribution is a trust problem, not an accuracy problem.
A transcript that misattributes a commitment isn't imperfect — it's adversarial. Getting who-said-what right is the only way the rest of the system earns the right to act.
Beyond meeting rooms.
Real conversation doesn't live on a calendar. We build for morning walks, phone calls, family dinners, ward rounds, client meetings — the rooms that actually matter.
Consent is structural.
The right to edit, redact, or delete a memory is part of the system, not a compliance surface. Every object carries its provenance; every speaker has the last word.
Research is the product.
Every model we ship starts as a paper. If we can't explain what we did and why, we don't release it.
